Bryan Fencott

Bryan is the Managing Director of the Newglen Group of Companies and has over 40 years experience in the property industry. He heads up all of our new development projects and ensures the very best business, legal, risk management and consultancy practices are adhered to, which ensures the success of each and every project.

Bryan brings a wealth of expertise from former projects including the construction of Residential Housing, Industrial  Projects and a Caravan Park in Karratha (1970 -1981). Later assisting in the processing and development of Scheme 12 with the Shire of Swan and the redirection of the Great Northern Highway.

The Lady Brand Lifestyle Village in Mandurah (275 Villas) is one of Bryan’s proudest achievements to date. The Lady Brand Village is a successful $70 million (AUD) commercial development.
